Distribution Programs
The eMaximation Distribution Programs extend sales and support coverage for the eMaximation Sales Campaign AutomationTM to new segments of customers worldwide. Combining a selective recruitment process and a comprehensive partnering methodology, this program allows eMaximation Distribution relationships to promote, sell and support eMaximation Sales Campaign Automation applications and solutions. We understand different customers have unique needs, and each customer will select from the various methods of interacting with a technology provider to find the one or more channels which best meet those needs. For certain segments of customers, utilizing eMaximation applications and solutions from a partner may offer distinct advantages when compared to sourcing those applications and solutions directly from eMaximation. For these customers, the eMaximation Distribution Programs ensure that highly trained, customer-focused partners are available to serve their needs in a manner consistent with eMaximation's commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.

The three types of relationships in the Distribution Partner program are:
Advocate Program
eMax.TV Content Providers
Partner Program

Advocate Program
The Advocate Program is designed for organizations that do not want to commit resources or time to be trained on the eMaximation platform today, but are interested in participating with eMaximation on a referral basis. Advocates have a demonstrated interest in interactive technologies and services. Advocates will be afforded the following as part of their Advocate program:

  • Requires commitment to attend a ‘Virtual Discovery’ Introductory Workshop.
  • Offered the opportunity to purchase a Sales Campaign Automation account.
  • Provided with soft copies of selling resources such as sales collateral.
  • Provided a revenue share of the Initial set-up Fee up to $20,000.00 (on collected cash) of the before-tax, actual eMaximation licensed Services including discounts extended.
  • Established point of contact within eMaximation.
Advocates must meet these necessary requirements:
  • Requires a $295.00 one-time fee to join the program.
  • Requires signing of the Advocate agreement.
  • Advocate’s acceptance of the terms as outlined in Advocate agreement.
At any time, an Advocate may become an eMax.TV Content Provider or Partner by filling the necessary requirements.

eMax.TV Content Providers
eMax.TV Content Providers provide a wide variety of services around the eMaximation Platform, including campaign consulting and campaign execution. eMax.TV Content Providers have committed to the training and deliveries of eMaximation Sales Campaign Automation based campaigns and are certified in the ability to provide interactive marketing services to eMaximation direct customers. eMax.TV Content Providers provide a broad set of marketing services including:

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning
  • Campaign Execution via the eMaximation platform
  • Marketing Consulting Services
  • Creative, content and design services
  • Analytic Services
  • Established point of contact within eMaximation.
  • eMax.TV Content Providers capabilities are marketed directly to the eMaximation customer base.
  • Provided with soft copies of selling resources such as sales collateral.
To be an eMax.TV Content Provider companies must meet these necessary requirements:
  • Be an established business for at least 2 years.
  • Requires a $1,895 one-time fee to join the program.
  • Requires certification by eMaximation staff.
  • Includes 1/2-day web based ‘Virtual Discovery’ eMaximation Sales Campaign Automation training course.
  • Joint engagements until certified by eMaximation Professional Services.
  • Administrating an eMaximation Sales Campaign Automation account for demo purposes.
  • eMaximation provides business to eMax.TV Content Providers at 50% discounts on production fees for services that are closed by eMaximation.
  • eMax.TV Content Providers may sell additional content services to eMaximation clients provided eMax.TV Content Provider pays eMaximation a 20% referral fee on services closed by eMax.TV Content Providers.
  • Generally 12-month renewable term.

Partner Program
eMaximation has a Partner Program which is suitable for partner organizations that wish to maintain complete control of their client relationships. It is designed to facilitate a collaborative approach between the partners and eMaximation in the provision of solutions for customers. This Collaborative Partner Program is suitable for partner organizations that wish to maintain complete control of their client relationships and to offer our services as a seamless extension of their own. Such partners typically have a range of complimentary professional services that can be offered to their clients to enhance or displace elements of the complete eMaximation offering.

For example, the Partner Program is designed to cater and provide appropriate revenue opportunities for both organizations based on the collaborative model used. As part of the collaboration, we train our partner in the use of our business forms and processes and also in the provision of our services. This allows partners to replicate our business model in their client dealings quickly and efficiently and helps standardize services for customers regardless of the provider. eMaximation provides the following to Partners:

  • Ongoing professional training on all facets of Sales Campaign Automation
  • Positioning and sales presentation tools which help the partner get up and running quickly.
  • Information on Sales Campaign Automation best practices
  • Dedicated account manager that can act as your Sales Campaign Automation resource and expert.
  • Access to our sales force to aid in selling Sales Campaign Automation to your clients.
  • Provided with soft copies of selling resources such as sales collateral.
To be a member of the Partner Program companies must meet these necessary requirements:
  • Be an established business for at least 2 years.
  • Requires a $5,000 one-time fee to join the program.
  • Requires certification by eMaximation staff.
  • Includes 1-day web based ‘Virtual Discovery’ eMaximation Sales Campaign Automation training course.
  • Joint engagements until certified by eMaximation Professional Services.
  • Administrating an eMaximation Sales Campaign Automation account for demo purposes.
  • Partners pay eMaximation the standard fees. See separate price sheet for details.
  • eMaximation Partners may also act as eMax.TV Content Providers.
The first step in the Relationship progression is to become an Advocate of eMaximation Sales Campaign Automation. An Advocate refers Sales Campaign Automation services to their clients.
